Exstore System

To start we identify if the muscular issue is a mechanical  problem in movement and/or strength  versus a chronic systemic issue. We perform quick precise tests to assess strength and reveal the neurologically inhibited / weak muscle groups. After pinpointing  the weakened muscles acupuncture plus electrical stimulation is applied to the muscle. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the gentle insertion of sterile needles into points on the body which stimulate the peripheral nervous system to promote health, treat disease and maintain homeostasis. Modern research on acupuncture has shown specific needle types, locations and insertion techniques  restructure fascia/connective tissue and  promote blood and gas circulation in the body. Acupuncture has been proven to regulate internal cannabinoid and opioid systems to affect mood, pain regulation and inflammatory response. It can also have powerful positive effects on the microbiome of the gastrointestinal system, respiratory and urogenital systems. Fire Cupping

Cupping has been a standard part of Chinese Medicine therapy for over 2,500 years. It relieves sore muscles and pain, improves circulation, and assists resolve respiratory and digestive issues. A rounded glass cup is warmed and placed upside down over an area of the body creating partial suction.  The suction holds the cup to the skin. Sliding the cups along planes of muscle and fascia help to release and relax those structures. It feels similar to a massage. This cupping method  increases  blood flow to the region effected and assists the body improving lymphatic flow .
